Please tell us about your family.

My wife’s name is Vanessa, and she is certainly my better half. We met while we were students at Notre Dame, and I followed her to law school at Texas Tech. She now is an attorney with my former law firm, and the most amazing mother to our two wonderful children. My son, Jackson, is three (3) years old, and my daughter, Evelyn (“Evie”), is one (1) year old.

Do you have a favorite quote or philosophy that you live by?

When I was a student athlete at Notre Dame, there was a quote painted on a wall near our locker room that stuck with me: “If what you did yesterday seems big, you haven’t done anything today.”

Where were you born and educated (pre-college)?

I was born in Colorado Springs, CO, but my father was in the Air Force, so we moved around quite a bit. From kindergarten through second grade, my family and I lived in Germany, and I began learning German as a second language. From third grade through high school, my family and I lived in San Antonio, Texas. I attended Ronald Reagan High School.

How do you spend your time when you’re not working?

Today, most of my free time is spent with my family and playing with my kids. I’m doing my very best to enjoy every minute I can while they are little. Aside from that, I’d consider myself a bit of an outdoor and exercise enthusiast. I enjoy hiking, downhill skiing, and cycling. Some folks may also be aware that I previously competed in fencing throughout my youth and during college. I have not been very involved in the sport since law school, but I anticipate that I will pick it up again someday to perhaps coach my children.

Do you have a favorite team (college and/or pro)? Notre Dame of course! As a Dallas transplant, I’m also beginning to lean towards all the great professional teams we have here.

Favorite movie or show that you’re streaming? Currently, I’m streaming the new Game of Thrones (House of the Dragon) and Lord of the Rings (Rings of Power) spinoff shows.

As a new BMG team member, what are you most excited about?  I’m most excited to work with all the great professionals at BMG. So far, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone. It’s abundantly clear that its great people make BMG an industry leader and standout.
