In the March 18, 2021 issue of the Federal Register (86 FR 14696), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Farm Credit Administration (FCA), and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), collectively the Agencies, propose to supplement the Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance with new questions and answers regarding the acceptance of flood insurance policies issued by private insurers pursuant to the Agencies’ private flood insurance final

The Agencies invite interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed private flood insurance questions and answers on or before May 17, 2021. The addresses and methods for submitting comments to one or more of the Agencies is set out on pages 14696 and 14697 of the above hyperlinked Federal Register.
