In these challenging and uncertain times, we are all facing together, I’m truly grateful to have such a fantastic work family here at Black, Mann & Graham. Several changes were made to ensure the safety of our employees, while maintaining our motto of being prompt, precise and personable for all our clients.

Our IT department stepped up and worked tirelessly to relocate our team members to a remote-working offices so we can remain safe and healthy during this time. We also migrated to a paperless environment and implemented a shared database for our employees, so it’s easily managed by any team member or manager.

We accomplished this transition while having one of our firm’s largest ever production months. Everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure our clients are taken care of. We keep in constant contact with each other, whether by phone, email or instant message, to ensure our services are not interrupted, and to make sure everyone feels connected.

We have also started a daily “15 minutes of movement” for our staff, via our YouTube Channel – This is a great resource to promote physical and mental well-being while adjusting to life under quarantine. Feel free to join us!

I’m proud to say the staff at BMG fully understands the challenges our lenders are facing and have delivered superb customer service to our clients, friends and family. I could not ask for a better work home. Kudos to all our team members for a job very well done!
