If 2020 has taught me anything, it’s that our team’s resiliency has been key to our success while wrestling with a global health pandemic and the blessing of record-setting business. I’ve said it before — and will continue to do so — but I believe our employees are the best.

I appreciate how they’ve adapted to the challenges we’re all facing today, all while servicing our terrific clients without skipping a beat! As you read in the prior story, we’ll be bringing on a new class of 15 legal assistants this week, and I salute our team for re-thinking our recruiting, hiring and training process when we can’t all be together in the same room.

Perhaps when we look back on this era, we’ll discover that new processes we conceived to accommodate the safety and well-being of our team were actually improvements to the old way of doing business. Better for our team, our firm, and our incredible clients.
