With the advent of the COVID-19 or Coronavirus, we’re all navigating uncharted waters these days. The virus has upended life as we’ve known it, and the many things we took for granted just a short time ago have changed, perhaps for months to come. We know it’s a time of anxiety for many, but when it comes to providing service to our valuable customers, we’d like you to know we’ve got you covered.

As of last week, all BM&G team members — with the exception of a skeleton crew in each office — have been transitioned to work from their home offices where they’re equipped to perform their jobs just as they would in our corporate setting. This move provides for the safety and health of our team, and ensures seamless and uninterrupted service to you, our valuable customers.

We’re also prepared to quickly transition the smaller teams working from our offices to their home offices if so ordered by the appropriate government agency or if a team members is exposed to someone with the virus.

I’d like to shine the spotlight on our IT and Operations teams for their incredible work. Our IT team has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure a smooth transition of our team members to their home offices, while our Operations team has worked well into the night and on weekends, handling record volumes while facing the disruption of moving staff to safety.
