As you read in Millie’s article, we’re adapting the way we work to best serve our team and our clients during this unusual time.  I’ve marveled at the creative solutions our team has put in place to maintain seamless service for our customers while staying connected to one another.

While our team is committed to supporting our customers, we also enjoy having a little fun. This past month, our team participated in virtual lunches and happy hours to stay in touch. Until recently, I’d never heard of Zoom, but I can see why it’s so popular in this era of social distancing. Even though our team members can’t be together at this time, they tell me their screen time together is a pretty good substitute.

I hope you and your teams are finding ways to stay connected with each other. With some creativity, innovation, and a bit of good humor, we’ll all get through this together. We wish you and yours well, and hope to see you soon.
