Greg Graham Leaves a Lasting Legacy at BMG

At the end of this year, we will say goodbye to Co-Managing Partner Greg Graham, who has been a trusted friend and colleague since BMG’s founding in 2000. We’re happy to share that Greg will serve in an Of Counsel capacity upon his retirement. Greg has made countless contributions to the firm’s growth and success – as a trusted source for clients and our team alike. We celebrate his legacy by sharing thoughts from those who know him best:

Shawn Black:

Greg is a tremendous attorney and counselor. He is adept at helping our clients navigate through the legal and practical issues affecting our industry and is always available to help a client in need. He has set a standard for customer service that endures. We wish Greg much happiness in his travels and retirement.

Machelle Blaesing:

Greg has been a mainstay at Black, Mann & Graham since I walked in the door. From the start, he made himself available to answer my questions, share his knowledge, and support me in every way. I’ve always known I could call him any time, and I always wanted to do my best for him as our leader in the Dallas office. Greg, I wish you all the best. Enjoy your retirement, family, and travels.

Tom Black:

Greg has been one of the hardest working attorneys I have known, and his example and work ethic have set the standard for our firm. He has been a reliable source for our clients who knew they could call him anytime to get quick, accurate legal counsel. Greg has put his heart and soul into his work at BMG, and I’m thrilled that he will now take some time for his family and travel, two of his great loves.

Calvin Mann:

Greg and I worked together for thirteen years at Shanks & Butler in their Dallas and Houston offices, respectively, before joining Tom and forming BMG in 2000. In all those years I never once walked out the door at the end of the day wondering if Greg was representing our clients at a high level. Reliability builds trust. Greg exemplifies someone who is both reliable and trustworthy. It has been an honor for me to work with him.

Lisa Costilla:

Greg and I have worked together for a total of 33 years, 22 of them at Black, Mann & Graham, LLP. He has been a great leader, a true friend, and someone I could always depend on. I will truly miss his expertise and his guidance.

Ryan Black:

Everyone knows Greg has always worked tirelessly on behalf of his clients. He set the standard for customer service and our firm is better for it. But the quality I’ve always admired in Greg is his compassion. In good times and in bad, Greg was there for me and the BMG team. His caring attitude is the embodiment of one of the firm’s core values. Thank you, Greg, for your many contributions to the firm. All of us at BMG—from North Texas to Houston—and our clients will miss working with you, but we wish you the best of luck in this new chapter of life.

Greg, thank you for your example, your friendship, and sharing your knowledge over the years. We wish you a happy retirement!
