DALLAS – Flower Mound Operations Manager Shelly Rubey is the recipient of Black, Mann & Graham’s third Diane Gleason Commitment Award, which was presented to the 26-year firm veteran at the annual holiday party on December 7.
In presenting the award, Managing Partner Shawn P. Black said, “Shelly brings a can-do attitude with her to the office every day and demonstrates a true commitment to our clients and our team. She organizes our All-Hands-on-Deck days and office parties and focuses on maintaining a positive work environment for our employees.”
Over Shelly’s tenure, she has managed teams for two of the firm’s largest clients and previously served as Closing Operations Manager before being promoted to her current role. A native of Double Oak, Texas, Shelly graduated from Lewisville High School.
The Diane Gleason Commitment Award, established in 2022, is presented annually to an employee who embodies Diane’s legacy of hard work, determination, and steadfast commitment to the firm’s seven core values. Diane set the gold standard for service to clients, dedication to employees, and upholding the firm’s mission.
