BMG Houston Office Also Named Fourth Best Small Company in the Region
HOUSTON – Black, Mann & Graham has been named a Top Workplace for 2021 by the Houston Chronicle – and the fourth best small company in the region. In addition, the Houston office also took home the Appreciation Award. The list of Top workplaces is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
“Black, Mann & Graham was built on core values that have shaped our success,” said Houston Partner Ryan Black. “Central to those values is a focus on our employees, and treating each other with respect. We have remained true to that team-centered approach, and are honored to be receiving the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces, and named fourth best small company for our region.”
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward.
