Believe it or not, we have been living with the pandemic for an entire year now, upending life as we knew it as we have adjusted to a new normal. In these months, I am particularly proud of the way our team has adapted to provide the same level of exemplary service to our clients as before, largely from home offices – and in a record-breaking volume year.

The effort to transition our team to work-from-home offices required some quick planning, led by our terrific IT department who designed and executed this plan for the majority of our staff – all in the space of only ten days. Essentially, we flipped our business model on its head out of necessity, but also found new ways of doing business. Led by Christana Coleman, we devised a way to recruit, hire and train a new class of Legal Assistants virtually to support our growing business.

For clients, the transition has been seamless, and we have found new ways to stay connected with them through email, phone calls, Zoom meetings and the like. Although we all look forward to the days when we can be together again, the past year has taught us how to innovate and persevere, for each other and our wonderful clients.

Thank you for your trust in BMG, and meantime, please stay healthy and safe.
