BMG Legal Assistant Rebecca Kalin attributes her two-decade tenure at the firm to its strong culture of personal and professional support. However, her connection to BMG actually began years earlier when she worked alongside Calvin Mann at Shanks, Tritter, Ledbetter & Daniel before he merged with BMG and rehired her to support the Citibank and Independent Bank accounts on-site in Houston.
Rebecca credits Calvin as a key mentor during the early stages of her career and is grateful for his encouragement to join BMG. In her current role as a legal assistant, she handles and reviews attorney packages, ensuring the firm’s high standards of service are consistently met. She also enjoys mentoring new team members, offering them the same guidance and support she received when she first started out.
Rebecca and her husband, Skipper, have been together for 19 years. They share a blended family of seven children and are nearly empty-nesters, with just one child still at home.
