When we caught up with Charles Williams, he was in the middle of planning a sales rally for the client service representatives and partners last month. In fact, providing support to the sales team — whether applying his design expertise, securing promotional items or coordinating the firm’s presence at conferences — has been his focus since starting his full-time position early last year.

Charles first learned about Black, Mann & Graham when he waited on Tom Black at Prime Farm to Table in Flower Mound. He was working as a server at the popular restaurant while pursuing his Bachelors of Science at the University of North Texas. The two became acquainted over time, and Tom invited Charles to visit the headquarters office. Soon after, Tom offered him a part-time job in 2019, working a flexible schedule as a marketing assistant while continuing his studies.

After graduating, he started a full-time position as a marketing analyst in Flower Mound until his transfer to Houston last August. He says the team in his new office has been especially welcoming, and he appreciates the great tips from his co-workers on the restaurants, museums and other sights around town. Slowly but surely, he’s even adjusting to the humidity.

Charles says the BMG team truly lives its values, and he has felt like part of the family since his very first day. When he’s not working, he practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Houston, under the expert instruction of Maurino Loureiro, hanging out with college buddies and meeting new friends, too. Charles also enjoys trips back home to visit family and friends in North Texas.

Charles, thank you for going the extra mile for your team and our clients!
