You’ll need to run fast to keep up with five-year BMG alum Ashley Costilla. Between her BMG career as a Legal Assistant and her family life with a husband and two active boys, she’s always on the move.
Ashley supports the Dallas office but works from her Midlothian home office. She’s learned so much from the BMG legal team that she was inspired to pursue a Paralegal certification in July and plans to take the LSAT next year.
As part of the legal assistants’ team, she works mostly with Shawn, Mitzi and Steven, and appreciates their knowledge and expertise, knowing that she can always go to them for answers. Ashley says the longer-tenured legal assistants are also a great source of information and direction.
Ashley got immersed in the BMG culture some 10 years ago when she’d attend holiday parties with her mother-in-law, Lisa. Today she says she can’t imagine working anywhere else or in any other field.
At home, she and her Dallas firefighter husband Brant love watching their boys, Kane (6) and Maddox (10), play baseball, basketball, and soccer. As a family, they also enjoy dirt bike racing on a nearby track and playing with their Great Pyrenees dog, Dozer.
