North Texas memory care patients and elementary school students benefitted from the generosity of our wonderful Dallas and Flower Mound teams this holiday season.
In Flower Mound, our employees got busy last month organizing a clothing and snack drive to support students at Etheridge Elementary in The Colony. They donated a mountain of items to these worthwhile kids: 44 coats and jackets, 17 pairs of gloves, 11 winter hats, 10 pairs of shoes, 38 pairs of socks, 5 pajama pants, 10 pajama tops, and 295 snack items!
Meanwhile, our team in the Dallas office got behind a mission that’s near and dear to Office Manager Lisa Costilla and her team. Honoring Lisa’s late husband, Mike, they adopted an angel tree from Diversicare Lake Highlands, purchasing gift bags of clothing and other needed items for 15 patient angels. Lisa knows firsthand how much the angel gifts mean to patients there – and she and the team were delighted to deliver the gifts just in time for the holidays.
Thank you to both teams for caring for our neighbors who need a hand up at this special time of year!
