Black, Mann & Graham Recognized as a Top Workplace by Houston Chronicle & Dallas Morning News

Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth Offices Receive Honor for the Third Consecutive Year

DALLAS – For the third year in a row, Black, Mann & Graham has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Houston and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.  In addition, the firm’s Houston office received special notoriety, ranking 14th among small companies in the market.  The list of Top Workplaces 2023 in both Texas markets is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC.  The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 culture drivers critical to any organization’s success, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

“We are honored to announce that Black, Mann & Graham has been named to the 2023 Top Workplaces list for the third consecutive year in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth,” said Black, Mann & Graham Managing Partner Shawn P. Black.  “Our team is the reason for our tremendous success, and we owe this recognition to them for demonstrating our core values each day.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.  “That’s something to be proud of.  In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard.  That’s paramount.  Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
