Operations Manager – Houston

Robin Lyons has served Black, Mann & Graham, LLP for the past 12 years as Houston Operations Manager, with a previous tenure of 11 years of management in warehouse lending and mortgage industry platforms. Her main focus had been in the Document Preparation, Closing, Funding, Shipping and Post-Closing arena, which enables the Houston office to excel in Document Preparation as well as the Loan Fulfillment services currently offered to Correspondent clientele. Ms. Lyons earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University in 1992 and has served on the NAPMW Board and Education Committee in recent years and past member of GHAMB and a current member of GHAMP. Ms. Lyons continues to embrace the proposition that superior customer service is not only a best practices rule; it is and will remain our first priority.
