Mitzi Noles
Senior Attorney
Mitzi Noles was admitted to the practice of law in 1998 and is currently licensed in the State of Texas and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
Ms. Noles’ areas of practice include commercial, construction and residential lending, real estate law, foreclosure law and state and federal regulatory compliance.
Ms. Noles is an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law Houston and currently teaches the Transactional Skills – Real Estate course.
Ms. Noles earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990 and earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1997.
Ms. Noles is a member of the Advisory Board for South Texas College of Law Houston’s Transactional Practice Center. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas’ Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law, Consumer & Commercial Law and Construction Law sections and the Houston Bar Association’s Real Estate Law, Commercial & Consumer Law and Construction Law sections.
Ms. Noles is a volunteer for Houston Volunteer Lawyers, a service of the Houston Bar Association and is a member of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
