Daniel S. Engle has been admitted to the practice of law since 2013 and is currently licensed in Texas and New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Daniel joined Black, Mann & Graham as an associate attorney in 2015, becoming a senior associate in 2019 and a partner in 2024.

Daniel’s areas of practice include real estate law and regulatory compliance. In 2023, he assumed responsibilities as lead editor of Black, Mann & Graham’s Texas Home Equity Manual after serving as a junior editor since 2016. This manual has provided guidance on the complexities and developments of Texas’s home equity requirements for over 15 years.  Daniel also is the lead author and editor for Black, Mann & Graham’s Clients and Friends Memos, which provide guidance regarding legal updates and mortgage industry developments. Daniel and his wife, Megan, reside in the Fort Worth area, where they are members of Holy Family Catholic Church.
