Shawn P. Black has been admitted to the practice of law since 1992, and is currently licensed in Texas, New York and Kentucky. Mr. Black received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is managing partner of the firm.

Shawn has previously been a fee attorney for Stewart Title Company. Prior to that, he served as western New York counsel to Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and had also managed the residential real estate department for one of Buffalo’s largest law firms. Mr. Black’s areas of practice include real estate law, title insurance and regulatory compliance for residential mortgage lending.
