Dear Team and Clients:

On behalf of Greg, Ryan, and myself, I am thrilled to announce that Steven Kubik is joining our firm as a senior associate located in our Dallas office. As we looked for an individual to eventually lead our Dallas office, complement us culturally, and deliver our brand of client service, we knew Steven was the right match.

As the principal of his prior law firm, Steven provided document preparation and review services to residential mortgage lenders. He also served as outside general counsel for mortgage lenders and business clients.

Steven is also an advocate for our industry. He sits on the board of directors of the Dallas MBA and on two important TMBA committees. He and Greg will work closely together this year to ensure a seamless transition for our people and clients upon Greg’s retirement. I know that our team and clients will be impressed with his accessible, collaborative style.

I hope that you will have an opportunity to meet Steven soon. For more information about Steven, see our official news release below announcing his hire.

As always, please let me know if you have questions. – Shawn
