Based in Flower Mound, ten-year BMG employee Amanda Setzler juggles both human resources and accounting in her daily tasks that range from managing enrollment and benefits to processing payroll and monthly invoices. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with the team and making sure their questions are answered promptly.
The Lewisville native says one of the best things about the firm is that it is very family oriented. Amanda says the partners are approachable and helpful, and they always ensure the team’s needs are met. From pre-pandemic luncheons to the annual holiday party, Amanda says the firm does a great job making everyone feel truly valued.
When she’s not at work, Amanda can be found leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop or cheering on her son at his karate matches. In those spare moments she finds for herself, she enjoys nestling in with a good book or completing a crossword puzzle.
