Chance has spent the past seventeen years focused on relationship building, problem-solving, and serving a diverse range of clients spread across multiple industries. He supports and services a large and complex client base by addressing their needs on a time-sensitive basis.

Chance’s key skills include, but are not limited to, technical analysis of real estate finance & insurance industry information, loss data aggregation, loss forecasting, policy coverage analysis, and contract review.

Chance joined Black, Mann & Graham in March 2020. Prior to that, he worked for almost 15 years in the commercial property & casualty insurance business. Following five years on the brokerage side of the business, he joined the risk management division of ACE, later Chubb Global Casualty, as an underwriter servicing large national accounts. Chance underwrote a variety of risks – retail, energy, travel centers, financial services, and building services – to name a few. He holds a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Chance is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia.
