Black, Mann & Graham Recognized as a Top Workplace

BMG’s Houston Office Named 14th Among Small Companies in the Market

DALLAS – For the second year in a row, Black, Mann & Graham has been recognized as a Top Workplace in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Houston.  In addition, the firm’s Houston office received special notoriety, ranking 14th among small companies in the market.  The list of Top Workplaces 2022 in both Texas markets is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC.  The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 culture drivers critical to any organization’s success, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

“Once again, our firm is honored to be named a Top Workplace in our two primary markets, Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth,” said Black, Mann & Graham Managing Partner Shawn P. Black.  “Our staff is indeed the foundation of our success, and we attribute this honor entirely to their putting our core values of teamwork and treating each other with respect into practice daily.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.  “That’s something to be proud of.  In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard.  That’s paramount.  Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
