National Award Spotlights Companies of Distinction Based on Employee Feedback

FLOWER MOUND, TX – Black, Mann & Graham announced today the firm has been recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace USA award winner. This national recognition follows the firm being named a Top 100 Workplaces for 2021 by the Dallas Morning News and a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Houston Chronicle. The list of top workplaces is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

According to its website, Energage has invited some 42,000 organizations to compete for national awards, including Top Workplaces USA. On average, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation.

“Black, Mann & Graham is thrilled to be named a Top Workplace USA award winner,” said Gregory S. Graham. “After being named a Top Workplace in both North Texas and Houston, today’s national recognition is further validation that we have one of the best teams in the entire country. We want to thank each of them for their loyalty and commitment to each other and our incredible clients. Our team is the reason we have received this award.”

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
